Megastar Chiranjeevi is known for his action dramas and high octane potboilers. The actor recently proved that he still owns the hearts of Telugu people with his 150th film, Khaidi No. 150 and created records at the box office. Now, the actor is getting ready to star in a historical for the first time in his career with Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy.
After the movie, the actor has announced that he will do a movie for Allu Aravind and Boyapati Srinu has been the front runner to direct the movie. The director has started working on the subject as soon as Megastar asked him to prepare one at the audio event of Sarrainodu and he is now, ready to give a full narration to the star as per his close sources.
The actor has shown interest in working with the director but Boyapati will have to wait for another year to start shooting for his movie, as Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy is still under pre-production. Megastar Chiranjeevi doesn't want to delay the project and he will only join another film after completing his ambitious historical epic.
Well, several news reports suggested that Boyapati has been approached by Nagarjuna to direct his son, Naga Chaitanya with 12 crores remuneration but the actor and director both denied the rumours. As Boyapati has to wait for Chiranjeevi movie to kick start the director also had a chat with Mahesh Babu and the actor also showed interest in working with him. Boyapati Srinu might utilise the time post his Jaya Janaki Nayaka starring Bellamkonda Srinivas to complete script work of Chiranjeevi after taking the actor's suggestions and also work on other scripts that he wants to direct with star heroes!
