Bunny's Take On #MeToo: Are People Deaf

Article
Even if a star hero feels that certain things are happening in a certain way in the Telugu industry, people cannot be made to believe so easily. Because a lot of awareness has come these days with the advent of social media and other information revealing sources.

Other day when Allu Arjun claimed that he and his brother Allu Sirish while discussing #MeToo felt that Tollywood is the cleanest industry ever in India, it invited some laughs on social media. Not many are ready to accept with this fact as they feel that Tollywood is very good at hiding things.

"Who do these star heroes think? Are people deaf? We have Sri Reddy talking about the harassment she met from many celebs with proofs. Then we have Radhika Apte revealing how a couple of our stars behaved. Other day we have seen what a cinematographer did to Kajal on stage. With Tollywood being so powerful and also lucrative, heroines are not opening their mouth. But that doesn't mean we are the cleanest industry without #MeToo stuff" a netizen commented, reacting to Allu Arjun's comment.

Rather just lady starlets and directors coming forward to set up some anti-sexual harassment committees, if star heroes also open up and support things like #MeToo, then comments of heroes will sound believable.
