Nani's Krishnarjuna Yuddham has opened to mixed reviews. Especially, the second-half has played the spoilsport due to the placement of songs objecting the flow of the film. In fact, there is a song in run upto the film's climax sequence which has not gone down well with audiences who even walked out of theatres during the song.
Considering similar feedback from across the Telugu states, the makers of KAY have edited out the song that comes in between the climax episode that irked audiences. The editing was immediately done after the matinee show and now, the new edited version will be in theatres from Friday. Although the entire album isn't great, 'Dhaari Choodu' and 'I Wanna Fly' have rocked in cinemas.
Director Merlapaka Gandhi has relied on entertainment in the first half, but the film boils down to a crime thriller in the latter half. Yet, humour is the saving grace for Krishnarjuna Yuddham. It needs to be seen, how the film is gonna fare at the ticket windows.
