After bringing together Madhuri Dixit-Sanjay Dutt and Varun Dhawan-Alia Bhatt for Kalank, Karan Johar is on a roll with his casting choices.
If a report in Filmfare is to be believed, he might be bringing Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sidharth Malhotra together in his next yet-to-be-titled film.
Kareena and Sidharth will be romancing each other in the film. The two were last seen in Karan Malhotra's film Brothers, where Kareena danced to the song Mera Naam Mary. Apparently, this untitled film will feature an ensemble cast.
KJo is yet to finalise the cast, though. The film will be directed by Raj Mehta, who is assisting Shashank Khaitan for Dhadak.
If the reports turn out to be true, then Kareena and KJo will be working together after their 2012 film, Ek Main aur Ekk Tu.
Kareena will make her comeback to films with Veere Di Wedding, which is all set to hit the screens, in June. The film stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, Shikha Talsania, Sumeet Vyas, among others.
On the other hand, Sidharth Malhotra will play the role of Kargil Martyr Captain Vikram Batra in the biopic of the same name.
