Tamannah Bhatia who used to be the strong contender for the top position in the Telugu film industry lost charm after the release of the second part of Baahubali. With limited screen time, the actress failed to attract the audiences and she even received a lot of critics. Later, she tried to come up with some crazy projects but they have flopped at the box office. Now, she lost all the demand she got because of a series of flops.
Tamannah pinned a lot of hopes now on the film That Is Mahalakshmi. The movie is the remake of Bollywood film Queen. The shoot of the movie is nearing completion and Prashanth Varma is directing the project. She is reprising the role of Kangana Ranaut in the movie.
Meanwhile, she received a big shock from the Bollywood director Kunal Kohli. Kunal who teamed up with Aamir Khan for Fanaa started a film with Sundeep Kishan and Tamannah Bhatia. Most of the film's portion was shot in London and the makers wrapped up the shoot successfully. With Tamannah entering the failures path and Sundeep Kishan losing his market value drastically, Kunal Kohli decided to halt the movie. Till date, no one showed interest in taking up the project and hence, he called off the project without even finishing the post-production activities.
