Nagarjuna's devotional drama Om Namo Venkatesaya might have garnered good reviews. But the film has failed to pull in crowds to theatres and this resulted in weak Box Office numbers.
However, the makers of Om Namo Venkatesaya haven't given up their hopes totally yet. Recalling that even Annamayya had opened to slow start but later on picked up gradually at the ticket windows turning out to be a memorable hit.
Now, makers of Om Namo Venkatesaya too hoping to recreate such magic. As a last attempt, the're targeting TV show to reach out to large number of audience. It's already known that Nagarjuna would participate in Chiranjeevi's Mee Lo Evaru Koteeswarudu (season 4), Nag accompanied with Pragya Jaiswal for the show.
Many say that this is an effort to remind audiences about their latest film Om Namo Venkatesaya. Also, it's heard that Chiru and Nag's conversation was mostly about Nag's latest film. Since most of the target audience of ONV are TV audience who watch this prime time game show, Nag is hoping that this show could lift his film ONV.
Will these efforts work? Wait and watch.
