Lucky heroines turned flop heroines

Lucky heroines turned flop heroines
Malayalam beauty Anupama Parameshwaran kicked off her Tollywood career with continuous successes like 'A Aa' and 'Premam'. In a very less time, she emerged as the most-sought after actress for the medium budget films. Filmmakers from Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam wanted her to cast in their films.

But, off-late, Anupama has been reeling under back to back flops. With the recently released 'Tej-I Love You', she registered her third consecutive debacle after 'Unnadi Okkate Zindagi' and 'Krishnarjuna Yudham'. During promotions of the Karunakaran-directorial, Anupama was all excited about her role in the film, but it is totally disappointing at box-office.

On other hand, Mehrene Pirzada also is on same track as she too is going through a rough patch in her career. Although she started off her acting career with super hits films like Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha, Mahanubhavudu & Raja-The Great, the actress is now struggling with continuous flops: C/o Surya, Jawaan and Gopichand's Pantham.

To catapult from a medium-budget films to high-budget films or star-actor films, both these actresses badly need to score a success at this point of time. But, they lost that 'lucky charm' tag now and are looking to register a hit now. However, the thing is both Anupama & Mehrene have a good number of films in the making which will get released in next few months. Let's hope they will be back on success streak.
