After South Indian stars like Samantha Prabhu and Tamannah Bhatia had made their regular workouts sessions in gym, Katrina made a video showing how to do a workout that strengthens thighs if one doesn't have a chair to sit.
Katrina, who is relatively new to the world of Instagram, has uploaded her new workout session on her Instagram account. Even though the actress is not so active on her social media account, she had garnered a fan base of more than two million followers.
Here is how Katrina demonstrates a workout that she described as "one can use a no-chair-situation to strengthen his/her knee and thigh muscles." Katrina is currently pairing with Salman Khan in Tiger Zinda Hai.
Katrina's trainer Yasmin Karachiwala reposted the video saying "Prepare for those days when you can't find a chair. Please do it at the gym it's very fun."
