Last Sunday, we witnessed the World Television premiere of 'Baahubali 2', which is expected to set a new record in TRP ratings. Earlier week, Varun Tej's 'Fidaa' recorded an astonishing TRP rating when it premiered for the first time on TV. Coming weekend, a sort of TRP war is expected to take place among three biggies.
On 14th of month, this Saturday, Allu Arjun's 'Duvvadam Jagannatham' will have its world TV premiere on Z Telugu channel. 6 PM prime slot has been given for the action entertainer. As the the film became a decent earner at box office, it is expected to perform well on small screen too.
At 2 PM on 15th Oct, Sunday, Rana Daggubati's biggest solo hit, 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri' will be premiered on Star MAA. Interestingly, the film is being screened on TV just two months after its theatrical release on August 11 so the freshness is expected to help it besides the Super Hit tag.
At 5 PM on the same day, Sunday, Pawan Kalyan's latest film, 'Katamarayudu' will be premiered on Gemini TV. The film may not have reached the expectations at box office, but considering Pawan's stardom, one can expect very high TRP ratings nevertheless.
Besides these three biggies, Anushka and Allu Arjun-starrer historical film, 'Rudramadevi' will also have its world TV premiere on Sunday at 2 PM on ETV. The film is having its premiere two years after its theatrical release.
It will be interesting to see which film dominates the TRP arena.
