Andhra Pradesh Government’s 1100 Hotline seems to be doing a tremendous job. The Call Center intended to solve any problem of the people with various government department is doing a terrific job with a major percentage of problems being solved.
The call center is getting 15000 calls per day. 750 employees are taking the call between 6 AM to 10 PM and 200 employees are working from 10 PM to 6 AM. Even though there are technical complaints of calls not getting connected easily, the quick solutions are impressing people.
Graft has also come down people say whenever they complain to 1100. CM Chandrababu Naidu is keen on bettering the service and bring administration closer to the people. It also ensures transparency and accountability in government departments.
