HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Cricket Club is playing politics rather than the sport of inspiration. Cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin has been blocked by many for the last year's HCA elections. Azhar, who has already responded to this, has reacted recently. Azhar spoke to media today at Hyderabad Press Club. He said that he had clear information from the BCCI but that the Joint Chief Minister had denied false information to the Returning Officer that he was not eligible for the HCCA officers to contest the elections.
Former cricketer Azharuddin has said that Prakash Jain should be prosecuted for preventing him from contesting. He said that he had decided to do justice to the matter.
