As actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is all set to open up on Kapu Garjana, now all eyes are on the then PRP president and former union minister Chiranjeevi. The Kapu protest for BC status turned violent on Sunday after protesters setting four coaches of Ratnachal Express on fire at Tuni railway station in East Godavari district, disrupting train movement on the Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam section.
Soon after he learnt about the Kapu row, Pawan cancelled the shoot of his upcoming film 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh'. He is expected to address a press conference soon.
Chiranjeevi, who is inactive in politics for quite some time now, has chosen to remain mum on the issue. Chiranjeevi also hails from the Kapu community and many feel that this is the right time for him to make a comeback into active politics by extending his support to the Kapu cause. It remains to be seen whether Chiranjeevi will follow his brother and make a statement Or remain silent over the burning issue.
