Talk: Movie Occupancy Rates In Godavari Districts

Article
While the festival season is already here, somehow audiences have rejected a couple of big-ticket entertainers this Sankranthi. Though Ram Charan's VVR has imprinted huge collection on Day 1, it looks like the second day is not as interesting as possible.

Especially if we look at the occupancy rates in districts like the Godavari, cinema lovers are finding it tough to patron these films that got below-average talk. Other day while Nandamuri Balakrishna's #NTR Kathanayakudu has 7-10% occupancy in theatres, Ram Charan and Boyapati's thunder Vinaya Vidheya Rama got 30-45% occupancy. At the same time, newly releasing F2: Fun and Frustration has seen 50% occupancy.

With festival being on 13th and 14th, trade circuits are expecting the occupancy rates to go up from Sunday. Else, the likes of #NTR and #VinayaVidheyaRama will be posting huge losses for all the buyers involved. And F2 might be easily paddling itself to a safe place with above-average talk engulfing the movie.

If this is the situation of Godavari districts, a more or less similar fate could be attributed to other places as well.
