1345 hrs (IST): Hockey - Indian women will come out for their semifinal match vs South Korea at 1530 (IST). The team beat Malaysia 6-1 to advance from the league stage.

1338 hrs (IST): Tennis - The doubles match for gold between Sanam-Myneni and Chung-Lim has been delayed due to rain. The Indians trail 7-5, 5-5.

1336 hrs (IST): No joy for Pawan as he loses 4-1 to Zhang.

1333 hrs (IST): Pawan has tried to go for the legs but his Chinese opponent has managed to wriggle out repeatedly - creating a 4-0 lead in the process.

1330 hrs (IST): Feng Zhang of China leads Pawan Kumar 2-0 after 1st round.

1327 hrs (IST): Pawan Kumar comes out for his repechage wrestling bout.

1323 hrs (IST): Narsingh Yadav defeats R. Kambarov (TKM) in 74kg repechage wrestling, moves into bronze medal round. This was a far more attacking approach from the Indian who made strong moves and made them early enough to snatch the advantage.

1307 hrs (IST): More good news from wrestling - Narsingh and Pawan Kumar are through to the repechage round for bronze in their respective categories.

1304 hrs (IST): Tennis - Tough battle between Indians and Koreans for the men's double gold. The first set lasted 40 minutes and Myneni-Sanam eventually lost. The Indians trail 4-3 in the second which is closing in on the half-hour mark.

1252 hrs (IST): Shooting recap from today - Mairaj Ahmed Khan finished fifth in skeet men's qualification. Parampal Singh Guron finished 24th and Arozepal Sandhu was 29th in the event which was completely dominated by the Chinese.

1248 hrs (IST): Home support counts for a lot. Chung (18 years old) and Lim (23 years old) have enjoyed fantastic support through their Asian Games campaign. Are currently leading India's Sanam-Myneni 2-1 in 2nd set after winning the first.

1240 hrs (IST):Tennis - Sanam-Myneni lose the first set against Chung-Lim of Korea (7-6). Trail 1-0 in the second as well. This is the doubles final for gold.

1236 hrs (IST): Bajrang in final! Denies Takatsuka any chance of coming back after picking the two valuable points. The Indian gets a resounding applause from fans here.

1233 hrs (IST): Bajrang collects two points! He is back on level terms and if the score remains the same, he will move into the final.

1231 hrs (IST): Bajrang trails 2-0 after 1st round. The Japanese is a bit quicker on his feet but not much to separate the two otherwise.

1228 hrs (IST): Wrestling - Bajrang comes out for his 61kg semi bout. He faces Japan's Noriyuki Takatsuka.

1207 hrs (IST): Tennis - Men's doubles match for gold has started. India's Saketh Myneni and Sanam Singh take on South Korea's Chung and Lim.

1204 hrs (IST): Boxing - Vikas Krishan defeats Azamat Kanybek  to enter middleweight quarters. He gets a unanimous verdict from the judges. Did you know? Vikas took to boxing because most of his friends were involved in the sport. He chose to continue with the sport because he realised it is meant for tough people and he wanted to be a fit and healthy individual.

1203 hrs (IST): Pawan Kumar becomes the second Indian wrestler to taste defeat today. Mostafajoukar was a class apart and he takes the quarterfinal bout 10-0. The Indian though still has a chance  to go for a medal via repechage if the Iranian goes to final.

1201 hrs (IST): Mostafajoukar has eight more years of experience than Pawan. 2nd round begins.

1200 hrs (IST): Pawan on the defensive as Mostafajoukar takes on an aggressive stance and makes strong moves. Indian trails 0-6 after 1st round.

1158 hrs (IST): Wrestling - Pawan Kumar takes on Iran's Meisam Mostafajoukar in 86kg Q/F.

1147 hrs (IST):There is always a lot of hope from Indian boxers and rarely do they disappoint. Mary Kom stormed into the semis on Sunday and is keen to win a medal.

1144 hrs (IST): Boxing - Vikas Krishan to begin proceedings for India in pre quarterfinal bout of men's middleweight (75kg).

1140 hrs (IST): Did you know? Bajrang is just 20 but has already had considerable success in international sporting events. The wrestler from Jhajjar in Haryana won silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The five feet five inch Bajrang also won bronze in the 2013 World Wrestling Championships.

1136 hrs (IST): Bajrang wins and storms into the semis to assure India of a medal. A fantastic comeback after trailing his Takaji opponent. He won 17-7 (technical points).

1019 hrs (IST): Narsingh loses his lead and eventually goes down to Kurbanov in what is surely an upset. This is a big setback for Indian wrestling.

1015 hrs (IST): Narsingh leads 2-0 after the 1st round. The Indian has been attacking relentlessly and has been going for the moves against a defensive opponent.

1012 hrs (IST):Wrestling - Narsingh Yadav takes on Rashid Kurbanov of Uzbekistan in 74 kg 1/8 final

1004 hrs (IST): Tennis update - The wait for the gold medal match continues as it is drizzling at Incheon. The cut off time is 1700 hrs (local) and in case rain continues beyond that time, the final will take place indoors.
