Hyderabad: Eenadu Group Chairman Ch.Ramoji Rao, who generally never steps out of his office to meet VIPs, broke his self-imposed protocol and visited Telangana Secretariat Monday evening to meet Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhara Rao.

After the one hour meeting, CMO issued a press statement saying that Ramoji Rao and KCR discussed the Om City proposed to be constructed by the press baron at his film city.

Ramoji Rao personally handed over a copy of the coffee table book of the Om City to KCR. The book contains all the details of the proposed Om City.

KCR appreciated the Om City proposal and said the Telangana Government would extend all possible help to Ramoji Rao in this regard.

However, Ramoji Rao coming out of the film city and meeting KCR itself has become a topic of discussion among media and political circles as he never came out of his office to meet VIPs.

When LK Advani was deputy Prime Minister, Advani went all the way to Ramoji office to meet him. Even during NTR regime also, Ramoji Rao never visited Secretariat to meet NTR. In this backdrop, his visit itself to TS Secretariat has made news.
