Hyderabad: The TRS party MLA, Harish Rao on Saturday demanded that the assembly speaker should be unbiased. He addressed the media at media point in the assembly premises  and held deliberate impediments to T-debate as a matter of ignominy. He said the Seemandhra leaders have been causing injustice to the people of their region by not co-operating for T-debate in state assembly.
 
Further, he said they are insulting the President, in a roundabout way with the repeated adjournments of the house. He alleged Seemandhra leaders have been strategically heartening adjournments to seek more time, thereafter. He demanded for an immediate debate on T-bill. Further, he said those who are causing hindrances should be suspended to undertake T-debate in the state assembly.
