The Mandal Revenue Officer of Serilingampally along with the GHMC officials who conduct ed the re-survey to earmark the Full Tank Level of Thammidi Kunta Cheruvu near N-Convention in Madhapur have already found that the N Covention centre of Nagarjuna had grabbed over one acre land of the cheruvu. But officials of GHMC and the irrigation department officials issued notices to the management of the N-convention following the court orders.
It may be recalled that Nagarjuna challenged the action of the Irrigation and Revenue officials, who surveyed the area around the convention centre without giving prior notice to him. The court directed the officials to issues notices to the management first and then earmark the FTL.
