Nagarjuna and Nani's multistarrer 'Devadas' released last Thursday to average reviews. Although the day one collections were pretty decent and encouraging, the film has only had a slow but steady run at the box offices throughout the long weekend.

With a little over Rs 37 crores at stake, Devadas needed a big push in its opening weekend so that it could recover a major part of the investment. Unfortunately, the film has managed to collect only Rs 16.5o crore worldwide share in its opening weekend.

Devadas now needs a miracle to enter into the safe zone. With Vijay Deverakonda's NOTA releasing on October 5th, it remains to be seen how well will Devadas utilise these few days to bring some cheer on its buyers' faces.
