Land Dispute Lands Prakash Raj In Court

Yesterday was quite eventful in Prakash Raj's life. While his latest directorial Mana Oori Ramayanam had its audio launched in style in the presence of several Tollywood celebrities attending it last night, the actor experienced the opposite in the morning.

Yesterday morning, Prakash Raj had to attend the court hearing at Mahabubnagar District Court regarding a land dispute. Apparently, Prakash Raj bought 35 acres and 36 kuntas of land in the Kukunoor village in Mahabubnagar in August last year.

However, the farmers from whom Prakash Raj purchased the lands have not registered the lands on the actor's name even after a year of receiving the advance amount. After several failed negotiations, Prakash Raj had to finally move the court.

A petition was filed in the district court and Prakash gave his witness in the case and a judgement is awaited. Incidentally, Prakash Raj adopted a backward village named Kondareddipalle in Mahabubnagar.
