Story:

Cherry (Ram Charan) is a happy go lucky guy who falls for Madhu(Kajal Aggarwal) at the first sight in an interesting situation. Mean while, a series of killings will rock Hyderabad and the CBI starts suspecting  Cherry. Minister Rawat (Pradeep Rawat) is targeted and Cherry finds himself taking the blame. A CBI team (led by Ashish Vidhyardhi) starts hunting for Charan and this leads to unexpected situations. When police traps Cherry at Haridwar, here comes a twist to the tale. What is it? What made CBI to leave Cherry forms the rest of the story.

Performances:

Ram Charan has delivered wonderful performance in the movie Naayak. His voice modulation is superb and he has shown lot of ease in dance and action sequences. He is the showman in the movie.

Kajal Agarwal as usual looks gorgeous and has a very limited role to play. She Added extra spice to the Screen.

Amala Paul has a limited presence and she appears in a few scenes and a couple of songs in the second half. But she makes sure to impress you with her glamour.

Brahmanandam steals the show with his innocent expressions and wonderful comic timing. His steps for 'Enduko Emo' song are hilarious.

Venumadhav as played his part as power star fans president in entertaining the audians.

Rajeev Kanakala, Pradeep Rawat, Dev Gill are decent. Others are OK.

Posani Krishna Murali, MS Narayana, Jayaprakash Reddy, Rahul Dev have delivered very good performances and they are sure to tickle your funny bones.

SS Thaman's music and background score are main attractions

Analysis :

Naayak(Nayak) will open out in a predictable manner with one as a soft lover boy (Cherry) enjoying his life peacefully immersed in the love track and comedy of Brahmanandam when suddenly his life takes a turn when he was arrested for brutal murders that were going on. Suspense will be on as movie will go for a break and when the judge was about to give death sentence for the soft guy, movie lovers will be in for a shock with the entry of Mass
guy (Cherry). Second half will be treated with MS Narayana mark comedy.

Why Mass Guy committed these murders and what will be the impact on Soft Guy along with the relation between both of them should be enjoyed on silver screen.

The first half of 'Nayak' is laced with ample comedy tracks and  wonderful dance movements. Precisely, it is a gripping first half with hilarious episodes between Ram Charan, Brahmanandam. MS Narayana and Jaya Prakash Reddy too joins the bandwagon and makes it more humorous. The movie goes at a fast pace and the interval bang gets interesting with a fantastic twist which will make the fans of Ram Charan frenzy.

The second half is the soul of the film and the flash back episode has been shot very well. The high voltage action episodes backed by Ram Charan's power packed histrionics and dialogue delivery reminds you of Chiranjeevi and is a delight for the audience. However, the tempo goes a bit down and catches the pace when Posani enters the scene. Apparently, Posani has taken the center stage and provides comic relief everywhere he appears in this hour.

The scene where Charan's men bashes the goons and offers them a chocolate is the highlight of the second half. All the songs are visually good onscreen and precisely, the three songs, Subhaleka Rasukunna, Yevvaramante, Hey Nayak that comes in the second half deserves special mention.

Overall, 'Nayak' is perfect film laced with comedy, power packed action, amazing dance movements and beautifully shot songs. It has all the ingredients of a commercial movie and is likely to set box office on fire.

Technical Aspects:

Director Vinayak has not delivered his best with Nayak but has tried to balance the comedy with action to a large extent. VV Vinayak showed his mark in dialogues specially in court scenes and comedy punches. Akula siva Story and Screenplay is ok story gives no fresh feel. SS Thaman's music and background score are main attractions of the Movie.Chota K Naidu Cinematorgraphy is a big plus. 'Katti lanti Pilla' and 'Subhaleka Rsukunna' numbers were brilliantly shot.Editing by Gautam Raju is good.Dialogues by Akula Siva are catchy and hilarious

Plus Points:

Ram Charan wonderful performance and Dance

Kajal Aggarwal looks glamorous and does well

Brahmanandam,Venumadav and Posani Comedy adds life to movie

Comedy in the first half

Songs especially Katti lanti Pilla, Subhaleka and Oka Choopuke Padipoya.

Minus Points:

The second half of the film is filled heavy dose of violence and action episodes.

Climax block is not very satisfactory could have been handled in a much better way

Second Half

Final Word:
Nayak is undoubtedly feast for Mega Fans with 'Power' packed action episodes and brilliant performance of Ram Charan. The film has some very enjoyable comedy Overall, 'Nayak' is perfect film laced with comedy, power packed action, amazing dance movements and beautifully shot songs.
