Bollywood choreographer Geeta Kapur lost control of her sport utility vehicle and rammed it into a biker near Versova metro station in Mumbai around 5 am on Thursday.

The victim has been identified as Nashir who is undergoing treatment at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Andheri.

"The vehicle reportedly belonged to Geeta and she was present in the four-wheeler at the time of the accident and she was driving", said a police officer from Versova police station.

Versova police has detained her and investigation is on.
