According to highly reliable sources from Chennai, Shankar's most-anticipating visual feast I will be arriving on January 14 as scheduled. The latest development is that producer Aascar Ravichandran has come forward for "out-of-the-court" settlement with leading producer-financier PVP in order to release the film without any further delay. Sources in the know confirmed the developments and stated that the film will see the light of the day as planned earlier.
"Yes, PVP garu received a call from I producers for settlement and both the parties seem to have reached consensus. PVP will be meeting them today shortly and the issue will be resolved," shared a source in PVP's picture house on condition of anonymity. "Since Shankar and producer Aascar don't want to miss the festive season and offered PVP to solve the issue amicably as big money is involved with the business. Once it's solved, PVP will be taking back his case," added source.
The romantic thriller features versatile actor Vikram in four-different roles - One as a beast, in second he will be seen as hunchbacked man, in third he essays a bodybuilder and finally in fourth role as a modern guy with stylish hairstyle. Sexy siren Amy Jackson is pairing up with Vikram in the movie which has cinematography by PC Sreeram. If all goes well, Shankar's I will be releasing on Jan 14 and going to give stiff competition to Pawan Kalyan-Venkatesh's Gopala Gopala that is slated for Jan 10 release.
