As the video of Samantha doing box squats, by lifting almost 92 kgs of weight on her shoulders for five times in a row, is going viral on social sites, everyone started wondering how much she is torturing herself to look so hot.

Not just Samantha, but all those hot icons on silver screen are torturing themselves to get the desired shape. This sweet torture is quintessential if they don't want to burn their hunger. We have the likes of Anushka, Shriya and of late Trisha, who bank on Power Yoga to melt the fat layering at right places. With an hour of Power Yoga and dancing sessions everyday, these senior heroines get back to their curvaceous best. Along with Samantha, other seductresses like Hansika, Charmi and Amala Paul to pump their fists with iron in the gym. That's their way of keeping tab on the fat.

Beautiful ladies like Kajal and Taapsee have different ways however. While Kajal prefers running and brisk walk, Taapsee likes to swim a lot. Shruti Haasan is however an all-in-one, as she does yoga, loves to swim and still sweats in the gym. What about our hour-glass beauty? Yes, we would like to talk about Ileana also. She along with Bollywood hotties like Kareena Kapoor involves in various workout routines in the gyms in Mumbai. Almost all star-heroines have personal fitness trainers and occasionally they knock doors of foreign fitness instructions to get their curves right. In the business of glitz, glamour is the first step to success, isn't it?

Along with these workout sessions, our heroines should surely manage their diet too. During shoots, they bank of protein and avoid carbohydrate rich foods. But in the schedule breaks, they eat whatever they like and torture themselves with these fitness routines. That's the hard story behind the hotness!!
