Recently, pictures from the set of Ravi Teja's upcoming film, Kick 2, caused quite a stir online. The film crew has been stationed in the heritage site Hampi for quite some time, where they are canning portions of the film. A group of photography enthusiasts stumbled on certain violations that the team is allegedly doing, which are being ignored by officials based on the permission granted to shoot there. These pictures have gone viral online.

IT professional Abhishek Madanger, who clicked the pictures and shared them, says, "No one is allowed to take vehicles into the site, because the vibrations affect the old structures. The only vehicles that are allowed near the structure are electric buggies. But there were over half a dozen vehicles here for this film's crew. The equipment used for filming too was lying on all the structures, with the security guards having little say. When we questioned the guards, they said that they were helpless as the team had permission that allowed them free use of the set. While they have permission, their disregard for a UNESCO Heritage Site is what has angered us, prompting us to share pictures and call for action."
