Lady Gaga who is usually spotted donning either bizzare outfits or provocative ones, decided to keep it simple and wear nothing at all this time.

The Cheek To Cheek singer posted a snap on Instagram where she's posing naked and holding two kinds of wigs. She wrote: 'Your heart is filled with vanity, mine insanity.'

Her midriff is covered with what looks like a silver pole that is out of focus. That's not the only picture she uploaded. Lady Gaga posted a few more make up-free selfies.
