Superstar Mahesh Babu was recently in Bandar to attend a private event. With the news of Mahesh's arrival spreaded like a wild-fire, fans across Bandar and Vijayawada flocked to the venue creating a kind of panic. Mahesh fans went berserk to catch a glimpse of their favourite matinee idol. Mahesh has come at around 12.30 PM and spent for two hours in a star hotel.

Mahesh Babu enjoys a great fan base in Krishna district. Right from the beginning of his career, his films have done well in Vijayawada and other parts of Krishna district apart from other districts. Even Mahesh has a special bonding with the district and he himself revealed this on several public platforms. In fact, Mahesh's father yesteryear superstar Krishna too had considerable fan base in Krishna district which shifted towards Mahesh.
