There is a formula which every director follows. Irrespective of how glamorous a heroine is in real life, people will notice only how glamorous she will be shown by a director. So, it's director's duty to take care of that. And there is duty for heroine too.

That's quintessential for any heroine to make her mark on tinsel town, say experts.

Though a heroine plays a simple role through out the movie, in songs she will be carrying the film forward with her glamour treat. If people has to remember as glam-icon then her looks at any public event should no less than that. Bollywood heroines are good at following this while Tollywood has fewer starlets like Samantha, Taapsee and Shruti Haasan doing that.
