Los Angeles: Supermodel Miranda Kerr says seeing the world through the eyes of her and former husband Orlando Bloom's son Flynn is very refreshing.

The 31-year-old mother of one said her keys to success are 'Health, love, happiness, family and friendship', reported E!Online.

"Flynn inspires me every day. Just seeing the world through his eyes is so refreshing. Nothing matters more than the simple things in life like family, health, and love," she said.

Kerr credits meditation, prayer behind staying sane with such a crazy year-round schedule.

"My continual practise of daily meditation, prayer, and the use of affirmations are some of the key elements that have helped me grow and develop over the years. They've kept me focused and positive through various transitions in life.
