Nikesha Patel, who was discovered by SJ Suryah in a Tollywood film, seems to be extremely content with the kind of roles she is getting in Tamil cinema these days. Apparently, the former Miss Wales is highly excited about her meaty role in her upcoming flick Naradhan, directed by Naga Venkatesh, starring Nakul as the male lead with Premgi Amaren essaying a titular character. The movie is said to be the remake of a Telugu flick Sudigaadu Katha.
Nikesha, who never shies away from wearing skimpy outfits, including swimsuits, takes on a very modest appearance in the flick. “This is my third film in Tamil. Earlier, you would have seen me in glam costumes, especially in song sequences — but this time around, I play a very challenging role, that of a person suffering from memory loss. She is a simple girl who looks dull, sans any makeup. I am really looking forward to the movie's release,” she says.
The bubbly actress is also hoping that her multilingual romantic thriller, titled Karaioram in Tamil will put her in the top slot of heroines.
