Rakul Preet Singh is on a roll. After bagging plum projects opposite Ravi Teja and Ram the former Miss India contestant has been approached to act with NTR in his next film directed by Sukumar. The slim beauty apparently "gave her nod immediately".

This is the first time the actress will be paired with NTR. A source in the know says, "The makers were looking out for an actress who has never been cast opposite NTR so far. Also, the leading lady's role has a lot of scope for performance and they believed Rakul could pull it off. When the makers approached Rakul, she agreed to be a part of the film."

NTR is presently shooting for his next film Temper and Rakul is wrapping up Kick 2. The two are expected to start shooting for the film after the cast and crew of the film are finalised.
