Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Lion has been released in  large number of omega replica Constellation screens across US and Canada blasting all the records of his previous film Legend. The hot sensational posters and trailer of Lion has created a huge demand for overseas theatrical rights. All Ocean Media has got the US distribution rights for a whopping price and has reportedly booked over 100 screens across US and Canada.
 
It is to be mentioned here that Balakrishna’s earlier film Legend was released in www.clbf.co.uk over 60 screens across North America; and it was the biggest record for any Balayya’s film. Now Lion broke all its records surpassing the expectations. The film had collected a whopping ₹2.15 crores ($357,829) at the US box office in its opening weekend. The response has encouraged the distributors of Lion to book a large number of cinema halls in the country. And they held paid premiere shows in about 70 theaters across US and Canada on 13th May itself.
