The numero uno star of Tollywood hardly opens up on thoughts, and when he does, it becomes a sensation. One such biggest sensation is undoubtedly the political outfit, Jana Sena Party. The Jana Sena Party is looked upon as a long awaited fruit of Pawan's inner angst and passion towards this society.

However, the star remained silent for almost a year post the 2014 elections and finally opened up on the state and the centre's incompetent administration and directly warned both the governments to stand by the people who voted them into power. Pawan also toured the capital region to address farmers' plight and even held a press conference regarding this. But again, there has been not a single word from him after that and one wonder if Pawan sees politics as a part-time hobby.

Coming to his films, the Powerstar hardly releases one film a year, leaving millions of his fans desperate. His Gabbar Singh 2 is again under intense scrutiny and many say that the film may again be delayed or even shelved.
