Often quipping on the political system at the present happens to be the story pick of our filmmakers. Senior actor Krishnam Raju is no exception as he thought of making a sharp satire on 2014 general elections. Yes, his 'Okka Adugu' which never took off is all about an attack on the elections and the political parties in the fray.
'I've made the story of Okka Adugu, where Prabhas was supposed to play lead role along with four others, in the backdrop of the then elections. As elections got over, now the subject is no relevant. Changing the story, I'm getting to carve it out soon', said Krishnam Raju.
Well, we all know that Krishnam Raju lost on Chiranjeevi's Prajarajyam ticket in 2009 from Rajahmundry Lok Sabha and later quit the party citing that party failed to utilise his services. Now that he is travelling close with BJP and TDP again and maintaining that cold war with Chiru and the Congress, did he thought of whipping a punch on PRP's arrival, exit, merger and the drama?
Otherwise if Krishnam Raju made story on the then elections with all parties at the bay, then release would have become a problem as Censor Board may not entertain such films during elections time.
