Actress Priya Banerjee, who made her debut with the Telugu film Kiss, will feature in the Bollywood film Jazbaa, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s comeback film, directed by Sanjay Gupta.

“Sanjay sir found my work links on Twitter and thought I suited the role perfectly,” says Priya, adding, “This is a dream-come-true for me and sharing screen space with such great actors (Rai, Shabana Azmi and Irrfan Khan) is a great feeling… I met them last week at the script reading… the script is brilliant.”

The Canadian-born Bengali actress’ other Telugu film, Joru, opposite Sundeep Kishan, has released. Other than that, the actress has also signed two more Telugu films one of which is with producer Dil Raju.
