The tall and macho Rana Daggubati has surpassed Superstar Mahesh Babu to grab the number one spot in the Times Most Desired Men list for the year 2014. The result has been decided after an opinion poll by the common public. In Tamil Nadu and Kerala, leading stars Ajith and Dulquer Salmaan have topped the list.

In the Telugu list of handsome dudes, Rana and Mahesh are followed by Tollywood's most celebrated stars like Prabhas, Nithiin, NTR, Akhil in 3rd to 6th positions respectively. Interestingly, maverick filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas grabbed the 7th position and Hyderabadi Badminton player Parupalli Kashyap stood in the 8th spot.

The 9th and 10th spots have been occupied by Stylish Star all Arjun and his cousin Mega Power Star Ram Charan Tej. The Akkineni dudes, Naga Chaitanya and his dad Nagarjuna find company in each other in the 11th and 12th spots respectively. Incidentally, Mahesh Babu was voted number one in the Times Most Desirable Men in 2013.
