The Tamil version of Drishyam titled Paapanasam stars Kamal Haasan and Gautami in the lead roles.

The Hindi version that carries the name Drishyam stars Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran in the lead roles. The first poster of the movie is released recently.

Shriya, when asked about her experience in Dhrishyam says, “It was a different experience to work with National award winning director Nishikant Kamath. I am a fan of Ajay Devgn and it was so memorable to act with him.”

She also said, “I was told that Meena and Gauthami have played the role in Malaylaam and Tamil versions, respectively. I don’t know whether I have bettered them. But I can sure say it is a challenging role and I have given my best”
