Hero Surya is known for his commercial films that woo both Tamil and Telugu fans. Despite not even making even one film straight in Telugu, he has a tremendous fanbase here. Coming to his latest movie 'Masss', a well kept secret is out and fans are upset by it.

Going by the title, one could easily figure out that 'Masss' is an action entertainer with loads of commercial stuff Surya failed to give in his last release 'Sikander' (Anjaan in Tamil). Truth seems to be different from this. Masss is always popularised as a supernatural thriller by director Venkat Prabhu, but in reality it happens to be a horror comedy. Yes, you read it right. Surya is doing the role of both ghost and real-hero, in this horror flick.

Such genre-shifts from star heroes have always upset their fans and resulted a huge shock at box office. We have to see what 'Masss' is going to do audiences. Producers are contemplating to release the flick on 15th May.
