Nithiin's last release was Chinnadana Nee Kosam which was an average hit. Though a little disappointed with the outcome, Nithin is now busy deciding his next film.

He is listening to a lot of stories and is not very convinced with any of them. But he has short-listed three directors and that includes Puri with whom he had done Heart Attack in the past.

On the other hand, he is also planning to do a film with lyricist-turned-director Chaitanya Krishna. Apparently he had already requested him to come up with a suitable story for him.

Meanwhile Mallidi Venu who happens to be the son of Mallidi Satyanarayana Reddy who made films with him in the past, is also looking to direct Nithiin in a film. Though he has been suggesting many stories to Nithin, the actor is yet to give a nod for a story. So, it remains to be seen who Nithin will work with immediately.
