At one point in his life, Bollywood Hero Arjun Kapoor used to weigh anywhere between 130 to 140 kilos. Today, He just weigh 75 and completely fit!

Director Farah Khan posts an old picture of Arjun Kapoor shot at her Sangeet Ceremony and wrote,"Talking of weight loss @arjunk26 at my Sangeet 10 yrs ago!! Take a bow".

The Young Hero has completely given up junk & fried food, and followed a strict diet. His day starts with a toast and 4-6 egg whites. A protein shake after workout. For Lunch, He would eat roti, dal and chicken. For Dinner, He used to rely only on fish or chicken.

Losing or Gaining Weight is completely in our hands. One should know how to manage it and Arjun Kapoor has proven it!
