Couple of days ago, we reported about the Bengali TV actress Disha Ganguly's suicide. The police did not find a suicide note but recovered Disha's mobile phone and diary and when they probed further, several startling facts have come out about her personal life and the possible reason that could have driven her to take the extreme step.

Apparently, Disha was in an intimate relationship with her ex-flatmate and fellow TV actress. Her same sex relationship did not go down well with her parents, who forced her roommate to vacate the flat. Disha was in severe mental pressure to convince her parents and was also apprehensive about society's perception about her same sex relationship. On the other hand, Disha's parents state that their daughter is married to Vivaan.

Disha watched the inaugural IPL match at the Eden Gardens along with her alleged boyfriend Vivaan Ghosh. After the match, they both went to Vivaan's home to meet his mother and Disha returned to her flat alone. Next morning, Vivaan, after failing to reach Disha on her phone, went to her flat only to find Disha hanging from the ceiling fan and alerted the police.
