Siddharth and Hansika Motwani starrer upcoming movie is “Something Something” the movie has done its Censor Screening and got ‘U/A’ certificate. The run time of the film is said to be 2.35 minutes. Sathya is the music director for this movie. Tamil director Sundar C is wielding the megaphone, while his wife Kushboo is producing the film, the film is made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil (titled Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru) languages. The movie is going to hit the screens on June 14th.

Story:

Kumar (Siddharth) is an IT employee, who is a boy next door kind and due to his soar experiences in love he maintains distances from girls. Sanjana (Hansika) joins kumar’s company and he falls in love with her. George [Ganesh Venkatraman] who works in same office sincerely try’s to marry Sanjana. Kumar takes help of Premji [Brahmi] to win heart of Sanjana. Rest of the story revolves around what happens between Kumar-Sanjana-George and did Kumar got successful in winning heart of Sanjana with help of Premji or not ?

Star Performances:

Siddharth did a decent job to mingle with Brahmi comedy timing. Sidd gave life to his role of IT employee and he performed naturally going into skin of the character. Any software guy will definitely see themselves in Sidd in this film.

Hansika looked bubbly & cute in fact very similar to heroine Khushboo throughout the film. This time she has less scope for acting bcoz of less screen time and even in songs she disappoints. Ganesh Venkatraman of Dhamarukam fame left his mark in character of George.

Brahmi is at his best comic roles this year and as Premji he crossed peaks of comedy. His comedy timing is outstanding, costumes used for him made him look young. Without hesitation Brahmi is hero of this flick and Siddharth is second hero.

Technical Departments:

Gopi Amarnath's cinematography is of top notch and so is the editing by  Praveen and Srikanth. Sundar has once again delivered his best in Screenplay and direction departments.Dialogues by Veligonda Srinivas are too good with loads of punches.Music and BGM by Sathya is ok

Final Analysis:

Something Something movie starts with an interesting voice over about Siddharth and his family. Though the film has been made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil favor can be clearly seen in the movie. Dialogues are the key for this film and especially the conversations between Siddharth and Brahmanandam are well written.

There no dull moment in the first half to specify except the pre-interval song 'Baam Baam' which suits only for Tamil audience.Film becomes flat after an entertaining first half. Except the funny conversations between Siddharth & Brahmanandam, nothing seemed to be interesting. Thought the locations in the songs are exotic, music fails to keep the audience entertained.

Something Something movie has got a clean comedy and the entire first half is filled with hilarious episodes. Thanks to Brahmanandam, who carried the film upon his shoulders throughout the first half. As mentioned earlier, dialogues in the movie are the best part in the film. Entire credit goes to the director Sundar C for the screenplay and the casting of the actors.

Overall. Something Something might not be a best film in Siddharth's carrer, but compared to his films in the recent times, this can be termed  as a better one. Samantha and Rana Daggubati have done cameo appearances in the film.
