Now, social media is abuzz with the comparison that this movie resembles like Shahrukh Khan’s Swades. In this movie, SRK comes to India and he feels that he wanted to do something for his Motherland. So, he chooses to stay back in the country.
But, when contacted Srimanthudu team, they denied these comparisons and they said that they does not have any resemblance to Swades or any other film.
The team members further said that the story of this movie is a fresh story from Koratala Siva. Beautiful actress Shruti Haasan plays the love interest of Mahesh Babu. Y Naveen, Y Ravi Shankar, CV Mohan and G Mahesh Babu under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers are producing this movie while Koratala Siva of Mirchi fame directed it.
