The internet is abuzz with the news that actress Trisha Krishnan will be joining the politics soon. The buzz is that the actress was joining joining Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s AIADMK.
Putting full-stop to all these rumors, Trisha cleared the air by saying that she is not joining politics. She confirmed the same through her official Twitter handle “Contrary to recent reports…NO I am not joining politics. Not now n not in the near future…I rest my case ;)”.
Currently, she is awaiting for the release of movies like Sakalakala Vallavan, which is scheduled for the release on July 31st. Trisha is busy in the shooting of her movies like Bhogi, Nayaki, Aranmanai 2, Thoongavanam.
It may be noted here that actress Trisha is dubbing her voice for Thoongavanam. Earlier, Trisha has dubbed her own voice for Manmadhan Ambu and after a long time, she is dubbing her own voice.
Rajesh Selvam is directing this movie. This movie is an official remake of the French film Sleepless Night. Trisha will play the role of a cop in this movie. Apart from this, Trisha is busy in the shooting of Aranmanai 2.
She is paired opposite Siddharth in this movie. Naren of Aadukulam fame will play the antagonist role in this horror thriller, which is the sequel to the super hit film Aranmanai.
