A special CBI Court issued clean chit to BJP President Amit Shah in Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati fake encounter cases due to lack of substantial evidence against him.
 
Judge Madan B Gosavi observed false charges have been levelled against Amit Shah by CBI due to political pressures. He also said CBI has relied too much on the statement of the witnesses to show Amit Shah was involved in the offense and there were several loopholes in the statements.
 
On the other hand, Sohrabuddin Sheikh's Brother commented I had to believe that Judiciary is under political pressure post this judgement. He have plans to complain against the judge after consulations with Senior Lawyers. He also pointed out writing a letter to Supreme Court seeking an inquiry into the death of Judge BJ Loya who was supposed to deliver the judgement in this particular case.
