Rayadurgam MLA and Government Chief Whip Kalava Srinivasulu made controversial comments on opposition party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He alleged that in 1987 one of the students studying in Sivasivani Public School, Hyderabad has made theft of English Annual Exam Question paper from school, the school management later found that the theft was done by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, he said that Jagan was habituated to corruption from childhood.

He recalled that YS Jagan mother YS Vijayamma said to Tamil Nadu Governor Rosaiah during the time of YSR ruling that YS Rajasekhar order Jagan not to come Hyderabad and ordered him to stay in Benguluru itself. He said that Rosaiah Garu revealed this news in an interview. He slammed that YSR himself said many times to his close aides about Jagan negative attitude.
