Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party official spokesman Ambati Rambabu today ridiculed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for resorting to ‘begging’ by setting up a Hundi at L Block.Talking to mediapersons here on Sunday, Ambati alleged that two-month long Naidu ruling is just like that of infamous ‘Tughlaq’ rule. He expressed serious discontent and utter dismay for setting up such a hundi (Money Collection box supposed to be at temples) at the chambers.

He accused Naidu of demeaning the State’s name by doing such ‘mindless’ acts.  Setting up of hundi is the right of only Endowments Department and not any other departments, he noted. “It is shameful on the part of TDP government which belittled itself”, he said, adding that  it was removed on the same day followed by criticism from various circles.

The Chief Minister has just indulged in deceiving the people by failing to cater to their needs and address problems, he alleged. The people voted the TDP to power expecting that Naidu will focus his attention on welfare and development of the State, but in vain, he deplored. Rambabu also alleged that Chandrababu was misusing the official machinery and power.  Naidu has wasted a lot of public money by spending Rs 30 crores for his Chamber and Rs 23 crore for oath-taking ceremony. He must give a clarification to people in this regard, he suggested.
