Former Minister and senior Congress leader Anam Ramnarayana Reddy observed here on Monday that TDP Government would hand over begging bowl to people after five years.

Speaking to reporters here , he said it is very doubtful that water would be brought to Rayalaseema from Patti Seema project.BJP had given more promises than Congress during bifurcation of the state and after coming to power, BJP has totally neglected its promises, he said.

More than the Congress, BJP should take responsibility for the woes of the state, Ram Narayana Reddy remarked.
