TRS Minister Harish Rao slammed AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu regarding the drinking water issue in Peral City. "Chandrababu is envious of Hyderabad as it was named as Second Best City across the World to visit in 2015. Hence, He is chalking out a conspiracy to deprive Telangana its share of drinking water.

Chandrababu Naidu's only aim to witness the day Brand Hyderabad takes a beating. Naidu claims he is sole person behind Hyderabad develpment, Preaches Hyderabad belong to everyone, Calls it a Joint Capital, Both Telangana & AP are like two eyes for him. But, his action were contrast to what he speaks".
 
Describing the pro-Telangana statements of Naidu as nothing but 'poisonous hug', Harish Rao accused Chandrababu Naidu of writing letters to Centre and lobbying in New Delhi targeting drinking water supply in Hyderabad. He also alleged that Andhra CMs had never bothered to resolve water crisis in Hyderabad.
