Lokesh to become working President of TDP
TDP supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu has successfully launched a campaign to promote his son Stanford returned Nara Lokesh at the forthcoming Mahanadu of the party next month.
On his advice and without giving room for an anti- dynastic campaign the team of MLAs, MPs and TDP youth wing have fallen behind him, generating a healthy popularity for him wherever he toured. Similar campaign that Lokesh had provided tech solutions to burning problems of the state has also been launched in the social media. Like his aadhar linking to ration cards /health cards/ pensions / poor housing /scholarships have brought a saving Rs. 750 crore to state Govt by weeding out bogus claimants.
Naidu who turned 65 today is also keeping fingers crossed in view of his health to choose a successor who could keep up the development and welfare programs to ensure popular wave. Naidu has made a selection of loyalists to keep company to Lokesh and dissenters are distanced from him and the power lobby. Kambhampati Ram Mohan Rao whom Chandrababu made Rajya Sabha MP twice, chairman of AP police Housing Corporation once and now Delhi resident representative of the AP government is likely to be man who will keep company to Lokesh in the coming days.
Lokesh is already heading TDP workers welfare foundation and organizing training classes for MLAs and Ministers. He is also the party’s custodian in the government regulating publicity for govt programs. His close aide (Abista) son of former IAS officer is already an OSD in Chandrababu Naidu office. He has already inducted his men and women into the Media advisers Parakala Prabhakar's office. Now hand chosen youth are appointed as MLOs (Medial Liaison Officers) in each Ministry and also with key secretaries as PROs’.
Chandrababu Naidu has been promoting his son Lokesh as his heir apparent on the lines of Mahathir to take over very shortly first as working president and later as CM.
