Minister Harish Rao, speaking in the Assembly over the issue of Ponnala Lakshmaiah Lands explained the timeline. The minister expalianed all  the details related to the issue. From the allotment of lands to 128 Dalits in the area during the year 1971, to the present present procceedings were clearly disclosed by the Minister.
